Terms of Service
Last updated: August 23, 2026
1. Agreement to the terms
By visiting this website or downloading the MILESKI Editor plugin, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the plugin.
2. About the plugin
MILESKI Editor is a free, open-source WYSIWYG editor for WordPress that replaces the default block editor (Gutenberg) while active. It is provided free forever — no account, no sign-up, no premium tiers, no hidden fees.
3. License
The plugin code is released under the GNU General Public License v2.0 or later. You are free to install, use, study, modify, and redistribute it under the terms of that license. The website design, branding, and the "MILESKI Editor" name remain our property and may not be copied or used to imply endorsement without permission.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not redistribute the plugin bundled with malware or misleading claims.
- Do not present modified versions as the official MILESKI Editor.
- Do not use our name, logo, or website to scam or mislead other users.
5. Your responsibilities & backups
You are responsible for your WordPress site, including keeping regular backups of your content and database. Always test new plugins on a staging site before using them in production.
6. No warranty ("as is")
The plugin and this website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep MILESKI Editor fast, clean, and compatible with modern WordPress versions, but we cannot guarantee it will work in every environment, theme, or plugin combination.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MILESKI Editor and its author shall not be liable for any damages, data loss, lost profits, or other harm arising from the use (or inability to use) the plugin or this website. Since the plugin is free, our total liability shall in no event exceed zero (0).
8. Updates & support
We regularly publish new versions (see the release version shown on our home page). Support is provided on a best-effort basis via email. We are not obligated to provide updates, fixes, or support for any specific request.
9. Third-party links & services
Downloads are hosted on GitHub, and links to WordPress.org are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or availability of external sites.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website or plugin after changes means you accept the new terms. The "Last updated" date above always shows the current version.
